Once a message has popped up and said the file was successfully uploaded, you should see it in your files (please be aware that large file will take a long time to upload, depending on your upload speed). Proceed to click add files, locate the file on your computer and select it to add it to the queue. Next, click the upload a file icon, found to the left of the trash can icon at the top of the page. 
Then go to the NiTROPanel file manager for the server you want to upload the world to.
Firstly you need to compress your world folder into a ZIP (make sure it is a zip, and not a rar / 7z / tar / tar.gz) file on your computer that you wish to use on your server.Uploading your own Minecraft world (Via NiTROPanel)
